Gentle Yoga Class

 

Gentle Yoga class, weekly on
Tuesday’s @ 5:30 pm., in the Youth Room, beginning February 4th, the class will
be One Hour.  The cost is a Free Will donation Per class.  Each month, the
total collected will be donated to one of our outreach needs: soup kitchen,
bread & cup, etc.

 

What is Gentle Yoga?  It is a class providing a safe, effective, compassionate, non-competitive environment that is welcoming to all.  Gentle yoga classes are typically described
as appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice.  

Equipment needed:

*Wear comfortable clothing,
shorts, sweatpants, yoga pants etc.

*A light jacket or
sweatshirt, as we stretch your body will warm up and you won’t need the jacket.
This jacket is nice to have at the end of each class for our rest time, just for a few minutes to let your body and mind rest.

Along with yoga and stretching, hydration is important, and you could feel thirsty, we have the water fountain, or bring your own water bottle.
