Strengthening our Families

The Strengthening Families Program will start at Park Place on September 21. Strengthening Families is a program for parents and their youth ages 10-14. Park Place is proud to offer the faith-based version which incorporates Bible verses and Christian ideals into discussions. It has been proven to lower the likeliness of substance abuse in children, increase family bonds, and help parents learn to deal with their growing and changing youth. The program will be held Sunday afternoons from 3:30 p.m.-6 p.m. A free meal will be served to participants at the end of each meeting. Childcare for families with younger children will also be provided free of charge. Please do your family a favor and attend these seven helpful and fun sessions! All families and their friends are invited to attend this wonderful program.
