The youth will be hosting this VBS Blast-Off meal on Sunday, August 1. All youth (Middle and Senior High) should plan to arrive at 5 p.m. to help and plan to stay after the VBS Blast Off to clean up. Each youth family should bring one salad and one dessert. Also, all youth are encouraged to come and volunteer during Vacation Bible School…it’s gonna be a blast!

The Puerto Rico Mission Team will be providing the program for the next Disciples Women’s meeting at 1 p.m. on Thursday, August 5. All team members should arrive at the church at 12:30 and wear their “MORE or LESS” t-shirts.

On Friday, August 6, there will be another “Outdoor Movie Night” at 8:30 p.m. There’ll be popcorn and soft drinks to snack on while we watch “Monsters and Aliens.” Please bring a friend or two, lawn chairs, bug spray and join us for another evening under the stars!

Please note that the date for the middle and senior high students and parents meeting has been changed. The informational meeting about upcoming events in 2010/2011 will be held on Sunday, August 15 at 5 p.m. All youth and parents are encouraged to attend.
